So this first week of my new lifestyle has been great! I ate less, better, drank more water, and exercised! I got on the scale and my results....
I'M DOWN 2.6 POUNDS!
Right on track.... I figure I could REALLY cut back and ONLY eat healthy foods and lose more quickly, but let's be honest here - everyone knows I can't live like that, so even though this is going to be a slow process.... it is worth it because again, this is not a DIET, I am changing the way I live.
So the first week has been a success and I can't wait to report my successes next week!

ReplyDeleteya to go! your little boy is so cute! We need to get together! I want to lose some weight to so we should work out or something together!We do live super close together. Have you done p90x?? I have it but has been open, we should do it together!
